RTO POLICY FOR COD ORDERS
Retailer Policies:
- Acceptable RTO: RTO requests for COD orders, especially if the recipient is unavailable, refuses delivery, or if there’s an issue with the address.
- Return Process: The return process for COD packages usually involves the package being sent back to the retailer. The retailer will then decide on the next steps based on their policy.
